X Video Base Review

Anyone looking for a huge video download site would do well with an X Video Base membership. The site boasts 12,695 individual titles and when you get inside the members' area you realize that they aren't pulling your leg about the amount of movies. There are nine titles on every page and there are 1,411 pages of content.

The amount is overwhelming, but the site updates every single day and with multiple titles. This is an endless sea of porn and there is truly no way that any one individual could possibly watch all of it, certainly not with a single month membership. Fortunately, the multi-month membership is a much more reasonable price.

Content isn't exclusive and it's quite possible that serious porn collectors will have already seen some of the titles, especially those from the big studios like Acid Rain and Legend, but there are films here from 189 different studios. There are also over 11,000 sexy models and I can't even tell you how many different series there are. Fortunately, you'll be able to make your way through the entire offering with ease. There are top lists, best rated DVDs and best rated scenes, you can check out the most downloaded movies and there is a terrific list of categories, as well with everything from blowjobs to gangbang, solo masturbation to lesbian, Asians to Latinas and teens to MILFs and just about everything in between. The site is more or less gear toward heterosexual tastes, but for those who like things a bit kinkier, there are 81 shemale flicks and 47 gay movies. Also, fetishes abound and you'll find 393 BDSM movies, 215 bukkake films. Each video page comes with the DVD details including the name of the studio, length of the DVD, a list of starring models and the original release date. The names of the models link to profile pages where you'll find some basic details about each chick along with her filmography. Back on the video pages you'll find front and back covers of the DVDs, although it would be nice to be able to enlarge them, if only to read the DVD description. Some of the pages have a photo link, although I didn't find any pictures in the dozen or so random titles I checked. Nevertheless you might find some pictures or screencaps, but this is a video download site, not one for photo collectors.

Movies are divided into four to six scenes that are between 15 and 30 minutes each. There are medium and high-quality Flash streams and WMV (828kbps, 480x360) downloads and there are also iPhone/iPod downloads along with a DVD quality MP4 (1640kbps, 640x480).

Final Verdict

X Video Base is a massive site filled with some of the hottest porn stars and studio produced DVD titles and series around. With over 12,000 DVDs, you honestly couldn't ask for a bigger collection of downloads or a wider variety of hardcore and even fetish niches. There aren't HD videos offered, but the DVD quality MP4's play cleanly with a clear image and with multiple daily updates there is no chance that you'll run out of porn in three months let alone a year.
